Meet Jennifer
From an early age, I have been deeply passionate about health and fitness. This lifelong enthusiasm has not only shaped my personal habits but has also fueled a desire to empower others to achieve their individual health and wellness goals. Over the years, my journey has evolved from personal commitment to professional dedication, as I strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those I work with.
Early Career & Foundations
My professional path in the wellness industry began with the YMCA of Greater Seattle. There, I had the privilege of working closely with individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels. I trained clients one-on-one, led group fitness classes, and facilitated specialized Chronic Disease Programs targeting Weight Loss, Diabetes Prevention, Parkinson’s Disease, and Cancer Survivors. These experiences provided me with a solid foundation in both fitness instruction and compassionate care, as I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of movement and community support.
Founding Time For You Fitness
In June 2022, I took a significant step forward by founding Time For You Fitness, LLC. My focus was on developing tailored exercise programs specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease and for Cancer Survivors. Working closely with these communities, I recognized the unique challenges they face and became even more committed to providing support that extended beyond traditional fitness.
Expanding My Education
As I deepened my relationships with clients, I realized that exercise was only part of the equation for managing chronic diseases and enhancing quality of life. Many expressed a need for guidance in nutrition and lifestyle habits. Motivated to address this, I earned a Natural Nutrition Coaching Certification in 2023. This additional expertise enabled me to offer practical, evidence-based nutritional advice, further helping my clients manage their conditions and pursue healthier, more energetic lives.
The increasing prevalence of Parkinson’s Disease highlighted a pressing need for holistic support systems that supplement the medical care available to those diagnosed with PD. Through my work, I have seen the profound emotional and physical impact a Parkinson’s diagnosis can have—not only on the individual but also on their loved ones. At the same time, I have witnessed the remarkable benefits that consistent fitness routines, balanced nutrition, and strong emotional support can bring. Inspired by these insights, I decided in 2026 to dedicate my business entirely to serving the Parkinson’s community, renaming it Time For You Wellness.
Community Engagement and Leadership
My commitment to the Parkinson’s Disease community is reflected in several key activities:
Actively involved with the American Parkinsons Disease Association Northwest Chapter (APDA NW) facilitating local support groups, supporting informational and educational efforts, and raising awareness and critical funding.
Facilitating Nutrition Workshop series and Nutrition Presentations in partnership with the NW Parkinson’s Foundation, the APDA NW and to individual Parkinson’s Disease Support Groups throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Leading Parkinsons specific group fitness classes through The Parkinson’s Fitness Project in Bellevue, WA and the Greater Seattle YMCA.
These roles have allowed me to connect with countless individuals, offering guidance, encouragement, and resources to help them navigate the complexities of living with Parkinson’s Disease.
Personal Balance and Outlook
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I am committed to maintaining my own health and happiness. I find joy and balance by spending time outdoors, cherishing moments with family, and nurturing my personal faith. These activities recharge me, ensuring that I can bring my best self to every client interaction.

I look forward to getting to know each new client, understanding their unique needs, and supporting them on their journey to better health and wellness.
