Your Partner in Parkinson’s Disease Support

Living with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) can bring daily challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we can work towards greater mobility, confidence, independence, and emotional well-being.

Here For You

Parkinson’s Disease looks different for everyone. That’s why care should be flexible, personal, and grounded in expertise.

As a Holistic Health Coach specializing in Parkinson’s Disease, I provide a wide variety of support options for individuals and their families, drawing from over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry.

With extensive knowledge in management of chronic conditions, I provide a vital bridge between medical care and the realities of daily living with PD.

My Services

I offer both one-on-one and small group opportunities to help you and your loved ones improve quality of life and feel truly supported. My services can be offered in the comfort of your own home or alternative settings.

  • Consistent exercise can slow the progression of PD, and improve both motor and non-motor symptoms. For many, it is an important key in improving overall quality of life.

  • Diet modifications have been shown to help manage non-motor symptoms, enhance medication effectiveness, and support overall brain and body health.

  • Emotional resilience helps those living with PD and their loved ones adapt to changing symptoms, maintain independence, and find joy in daily life.

Kind Words

“I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in January 2022. My wife Ros and I were overwhelmed and struggling to deal with this new reality. Upon my neurologist’s recommendation I contacted The Parkinson’s Project in Bellevue for physical therapy. Jennifer Gryniewicz was conducting a weekly exercise class there and it was obvious that she could be a great help in navigating the incredible amount of information and resources available for dealing with Parkinson’s. She emphasized the three most important factors in managing this disease. Physical fitness, diet/nutrition and social relationships. Her professional services and support in all three areas have been a huge help as we navigate this journey.

Jennifer’s facilitation of the monthly Parkinson’s Support Group has given us the opportunity to meet and stay in touch with other patients and their families. We’ve also learned a lot from the speakers and programs she organizes.

Diet plays a critical role in managing and optimizing Parkinson’s medications and potentially slowing progression of the disease, but we found it hard to know where to begin. We decided to meet with Jennifer for private consultations and received the education, resources and a personalized plan to help us make the lifestyle and dietary changes that were doable for us.

The weekly exercise classes benefited me physically and socially. I always felt better after the upbeat, motivating exercises, and really appreciated the opportunity to connect with others experiencing the challenges of living with Parkinsons’s. We are not alone and it’s helpful and comforting to remember this.

Jennifer’s commitment and professionalism to improving the outcomes for people living with Parkinson’s has provided us with a path forward that is positive, informed, encouraging and in community.

We can’t thank her enough for all she does for us and the PD community.”
